WTF, 2013?

Okay, so we're now just about 3/4 through 2013, and any hope I may have once held for it being better than 2012 is well and truly dissipated.
Not that it's been a COMPLETELY terrible year thus far, but it's certainly the one with the most personal tragedy.
January: Father succumbs to cancer.
February:So depressed and out-of-it from January that I hire an almost completely useless part-timer.
March: Thankfully, not much happened.
April: Got really sick, likely owing to stress and working insane hours in attempting to get caught up.
May: Still sick, starting to realize just how useless part-timer truly is.
June: Feeling better, almost ge

Thoughts on Perfection

Oh, right. My computer has this little feature that lets me travel back in time to save documents on the internet. It's called the "history" tab. So here's what I posted:
Another Deviant posted some little something today that stated "I just want someone to say I'm perfect." My knee-jerk reaction, one that I wisely refrained from posting in the comments section, was "oh, honey, no you don't." There's a couple of reasons why.
1) It's a lie. That person really doesn't believe you're perfect. Not, at least, without qualification. You may be perfect for that person (relationship-wise), or perfect for whatever other reasons he/she needs you to
